Trivia / Sean Hughes

• The Danza: His sitcom was named Sean's Show and he appeared in it as a character called Sean.
• Money, Dear Boy: This was apparently the only reason he took on a role as a voice actor for Rubbadubbers, a children's show about about bath toys.
• Promoted Fanboy: He was a fan of Cathal Coughlan's post-Microdisney band the Fatima Mansions and often attended their gigs. He ended up becoming friends with Cathal Coughlan and working with him on the incredibly silly Bubonique albums.
• Typecasting: Some of his later acting roles seemed to be based on his role in Sean's Show and his public image. In particular, his role on The Last Detective was as an aimless Cloud Cuckoo Lander who was very knowledgeable about classic literature.
