- Development Hell: Seaguy is meant to be a 3 Volume series, which author Grant Morrison has described as their 'own Watchmen'. Volume 1 dropped in 2004, Volume 2 came out in 2009, and Volume 3 has yet to be seen. Supposedly having the title of 'Seaguy Eternal' there were a few updates on it in the early 2010s before it vanished. The last official update on it was in 2017 when Grant Morrison revealed that Cameron Stewart has had the script for Volume 3 for years. Given sexual harassment allegations made against Cameron Stewart in 2020 as well as Grant Morrison cutting ties with DC and moving on from cape comics for the time being, it remains unlikely the conclusion of Seaguy will ever see the light of day.
