- Recycled Script: Various previously released songs, mainly Cotomo Cat and fairy tale songs, were rereleased on the website with a Baby Shark theme after the song's popularity.
- Sleeper Hit: Before hitting it big, Pinkfong was a little-known Korean education company that produced videos, including one of the popular camp song Baby Shark. Nobody expected said video to become the most-watched YouTube video of all time and for said song to become a Cash-Cow Franchise, spawning toys, t-shirts and a Nickelodeon show.
- Tie-In Cereal: There are two different Baby Shark themed cereals. In the UK, it is a toffee flavoured shark-shaped cereal while in the US, it is a slight Palette Swap of the Birthday Cake Froot Loops with added marshmallows.
