• Outdated by Canon: Various aspects of the fanfic have long since been outdated by the time the show ended. Pacifica still remains an Alpha Bitch, there's no mention of Ford Pines, Soos doesn't become the new Mystery Shack owner, Bill Cipher is considerably less dangerous here, and the events regarding Weirdmageddon never happen. Ironically, when it came to writing the sequels, the author waited up until the premier of the second season in an attempt to avoid this but by the time he finished, the show was only halfway done.
