• Keep Circulating the Tapes: The game was never ported to consoles of its day, and only saw a home release in late 2023 via Arcade Archives.
• Urban Legend of Zelda: There were some myths of being able to save the captured ninja. This ranged from beating all bosses without being hit to finding a secret alternate route in level 2 or 3, though all were false and the kidnapped companion is doomed to die no matter what.
