• Executive Meddling: During its original release, the album had its song order rearranged so that both sides would start with songs the record company wanted to be singles. This is why the story on the American edition makes no sense. The 1997 remaster puts the songs in the correct order.
• Stillborn Franchise/What Could Have Been: There would have been a High Fantasy movie accompanying this album that the members of KISS would star in. ^note Kiss later had a comic series, including a crossover with Vampirella, so the thought is not completely absurd.
