• Diagnosis of God: The Greys has said that Elska, Jeimos, and Mr. Ocean are autistic or at least have something similar to it in their respective species, but it's not explicitly mentioned in the series.
• Line to God: Greys regularly answers questions from fans in her Tumblr blog.
• What Could Have Been: Greys sometimes posts old concept art on her blog, and some can also be seen on her DeviantArt. Some differences from current canon include:
  • Hybrids between different species were possible. Hybrids of gorgons and cecaelia were called "lemea", and Prince Marghan was half elf, half human.
  • Linde originally had blonde hair, and in a later drawing, green hair.
  • The Empire of Damijana was a monarchy, and the princess was secretly friends with an Aquarian princess.
  • Sirenes were called "merfolk", had no hair and were completely covered in scales.
  • A couple scrapped species, such as elf-centaurs and cat people called "felidfolk".
  • Sprights were monsters created by Titania and looked rather different.
  • Monarch Roz was a much younger elf named King Rhossid.
  • Faerys were people instead of monsters, and there were a lot more types of them.
  • Originally, Balthazaar and Feredil were going to adopt an abandoned satyr girl named Keely, who can be seen in some old illustrations.
  • Merrow were originally created by a divine named Okanos instead of Mr. Roach.
  • Glenvar’s mother was originally named Ida, and he had three sisters instead of two, named Lupa, Ursa, and Aleta.
