• Official Fan-Submitted Content: Sandstorm, a Middle Eastern town map, was added to the default server rotation after it won a mapping contest. Its creator later added the fourth default map, Subzero. Two other player-created maps, Bazaar and Canyon, were also added to the game under the similar circumstances: Canyon was removed for balancing reasons soon after it was added, and same happened with Bazaar...until it was added back nearly a year later, after going through a significant revamp and becoming much better-looking.
