• Series Hiatus:
  • Injection initially took a short break between arcs, but this was followed by a much longer break in 2018, after the third arc, due to Shalvey and Ellis's other commitments.
  • That, in turn, became an indefinite hiatus after Ellis was accused of sexual impropriety in 2020 and withdrew from writing comics.
  • As of September 2022, Ellis has confirmed that this is a hiatus - not a cancellation - and that all three creators are planning to return and finish the series.
