This was filmed in 1991 but was shelved for two years after 20th Century Fox dropped the distribution rights, leading Miramax to pick it up. One of several career-derailing busts for Kathleen Turner and was also one of the films that prompted Italian film company Penta to get out of the Hollywood industry.
