• Throw It In!:
  • Yuul's roommate Nitta Friend was a last-minute addition meant to drag Yuul into a social scene.
  • Dr. Nice - a pivotal character in Scout's tutorial session - was only supposed to be a Red Herring to feed into the mystery of elderly people in Belt Buckle dying and wasn't planned to make a physical appearance. It was only until Gura decided Scout was going to pay a visit to the good doctor that Calli ad-libbed his personality and actions, resulting in basically the rest of the session.
• What Could Have Been:
  • Several concepts discussed during Ina's character design stream did not survive the design process, including a face mask with an awkward smile on it.
  • When initially discussing her character ideas, Gura considers making a "banjo bard".
  • In contrast to her gen mates, Gura scrapped the character she made at the character creation stream entirely, being replaced by Scout. The original character was a courier, was more of a stealth based character who had amnesia, was going to be blind, and had good manipulation and subterfuge dots. The character had no name, but according to Gura the reason for scrapping her was because she felt the character won't fit the theme of the game.
  • As described in Calli's recap stream, if Tiara had chosen to sneak into the house the cultists were in rather than burst in guns blazing, she would have gotten much more information about her brother, her pendant, and what they wanted with Uhu.
