  • Cut Song: There was a song planned called "T-Shirt" that already finished both music and video wise, but it never made it to the final cut aside from a small snippet in "Can You Find It?". John Flansburgh stated in tumblr that either the song was cut by accident or Disney wasn't going to play it on Playhouse Disney.
  • Executive Meddling:
    • to John Flansburgh, the band had to create two music videos ("Letter Shapes" and "Rolling O") in order for the DVD to meet the hour mark.
    • After the album was released, two of the music videos had to be altered for the Playhouse Disney/Disney Junior airings and the DVD/CD combo released through online retailers later in 2005 ("Alphabet Lost and Found" and "LMNO). The former because of the rapidly flashing background during "Where they gonna go without their letters?". It's unknown why "LMNO" was altered, but it's likely because Disney did not want to encourage vandalism with graffiti.
