• Screwed by the Network: The series was going to have a second season with 10 more episodes but due to UPN's financial issues the show was canceled leading to the show ending on a Cliffhanger, despite having good ratings.
• What Could Have Been: The show was originally conceived as a live-action TV series but was made as an animated series instead.
  • The show's early pitch promo was very different from the final show such as a different animation style using clay instead of phone puppets like the final. Also, The show was originally pitched to the FOX network in 1998 who turned it down but was later picked up by the UPN network with the help of Will Vinton Studios 3 years later.
  • The 1999 pilot episode was different from the final show's first episode such as the episode starting out with Gary and Mike in prison along with a deleted scene where the duo gets swiped up by the government at the Missouri River for radiation testing.
