- Cast the Runner-Up:
- June Gable had originally been cast as Joey's agent Estelle for "TOW The Butt" but her only scene was cut. The producers brought her back for this episode as a nurse. Gable would get to play Estelle again starting with the next season.
- Leah Remini who plays Lydia was one of the actresses that auditioned for Monica before Courteney Cox was cast.
