• Disowned Adaptation: 'Squimpus McGrimpus'', whom at first approved of the remakes, explicitly forbade Battington from continuing the series in response to an ill-advised decision to fake Martin Walls' death as an April Fools joke. Squimpus' subsequent potshots at Battington and refusal to acknowledge Battington's apology on Twitter, indicate their relationship was destroyed as a result.
• Divorced Installment: In response to the falling out with Squimpus, Battington went on to continuing the VHS series, but with original videos and a divergent lore, starting with "Late One Night At Fazbear's Fright".
• What Could Have Been: Battington was unable to remake the second season of Squimpus' tapes before having his permission to do so revoked, and is instead continuing the series in an independent direction.
