  • Long-Runners: The first episode was released in November 2006.
  • Schedule Slip/Development Hell:
    • It took a while for "The Tunnel" to get released, due to trouble with Half-Life 2: Episode 2's updates to the Source Engine, getting stuck on other things, and generally having difficulty animating. The full story is here.
    • The series in general. For the most part, one guy does almost everything, including most of the animation. This, combined with bugs in the Source engine that constantly plague production, as well as the production of another, more popular show beside it, has resulted in a mere ten episodes being made since the show's debut in 2006.
    • Currently, the series is determined to be stuck in an indefinite hiatus; Ross' official position is that he could make more episodes, but only if someone else does the animation, as he is completely tired of animating things with Source himself and quit it altogether.
  • Vaporware: Ross Scott has repeatedly announced in his video chat sessions that the series is merely on hiatus instead of dead (due to Ross heavily disliking animating in the Source engine), but the last episode was released in January 2012- nearly seven and a half years ago as of this writing.
