- Limited Special Collector's Ultimate Edition: If one were to look at the archived version of the Platinum LP, almost all of the art has been colored and touched up. The FireRed LP has also had some of the artwork redone in higher quality when it was put back up on their website.
- Missing Episode:
- The first half of Kanto in the Crystal LP is skipped over in the archived versions, as the forum archives themselves lost them. The LP Archive version skips over the missing updates entirely, while the version on their website has an equivalent number of empty updates.
- The entirety of the FireRed LP was removed from the LP Archive, making it incredibly hard to find until Chorocojo rehosted it on their own site. In a double-instance of this trope, that version of the LP excises Zorak's interludes involving "Francis von Schnurrbart", a Team Rocket member obsessed with his magnificent mustache, who eventually built a giant Caterpie-tank with thrusters which he used to accidentally break out of his reality and take a stroll through the Something Awful forums before crashing and dying.
