- Creator Backlash: Adam would eventually come to regret creating the infamous "Let People Enjoy Things" comic that would gain widespread popularity online in the mid to late 2010s, due to it being used defend harmful ideologies as well as its frequent employment as a thought-terminating cliché to shut down criticism. In 2019, he uploaded a comic of him killing Let People Enjoy Things with a shotgun, and noting that he'll "kill as many comics as he has to" on his Twitter account.
