Series Fauxnale and Keep Circulating the Tapes: In the original "classic" syndication package, "The Trouble With Amy" was the latest episode included. The last 80 episodes of series — the last 11 from the 11th season, plus the entire 12th through 14th seasons — were not included in the original syndication package and were presumed to be "lost" for many years. Some time later, a second syndication package, including these "lost" episodes (the aforementioned 80, plus 90 additional ones from 1965-1970) was made available.
Supposedly, according to the website Ponderosa Scenery, there was another syndication package available that included up to the last episode of the 1969-1970 season, for a total of 311 episodes; only the seventh (1965-1966) and last three seasons (1970-1973) excised.
