Trivia / Bleach: Brave Souls

• Marth Debuted in "Smash Bros.": In addition to characters from the anime and manga, Bleach Brave Souls also introduced characters specific to the light novels (by both providing a condensed version of the stories and making them playable characters) years after they were released in Japan. For the international audience, however, their first official exposure to these light novel characters are via the game. Hikone, Tokinada and Aura debuted in the game over a year before the English translation for Bleach: Cannot Fear Your Own World began, with the first two also becoming playable characters before the novel release. Meanwhile Spirits Are Forever With You has yet to see an official translation, so the game is the first official overseas appearance for Kuruyashiki, Azashiro, Cien and Picaro.
