  • In the prologue, Cricket's regular overalls are under his coat; but throughout the rest of the episode, his pants turn black for some reason. Chris Houghton claimed on his Tumblr this was done deliberately.
  • When Nancy and Gramma trick Bill into going caroling, Bill says, "I'll get my coat," but when they are seen caroling later on, Bill is not wearing a coat.
• Genius Bonus: During Cricket's "No Christmas at All" number, as he looks into the window of Toy Box, his reflection is superimposing a dragon figure. In Christianity, a dragon symbolizes evil.

• Unlike most of the series where the music is orchestrated digitally, the background music for this episode was recorded by a live orchestra at Capitol Records.
