- Reclusive Artist: Absolutely nothing is known about their original singer Maxx, who performed on their first album. He has not been heard from in the nearly 30 years since he left, his full name is unknown, no photos of him exist online from any time period except for booklet scans of The Last Supper, and he was never involved in any musical projects following his departure. Nobody knows what happened to him or even if he's still alive. With the band reissuing their first two albums as a double-disc compilation in January 2022, however, there is an inkling of possibility that he could emerge from the shadows if he's still out there, especially given that Belphegor is far bigger nowadays, but the chances of that are next to none.
