• Blooper: In the third season, the subtitles during the instrumentals round identified the names of the songs playing before they were revealed on the show itself, at least during the first episode.
• Real Song Theme Tune: The show played "Let's Groove" by Earth, Wind & Fire leading into the show, going out and going to / coming back from commercial breaks for its first three seasons. The song was dropped in the fourth season in favor of a short original tune with a group of singers singing "Let's see if you can beat Shazam!"
