• Billing Displacement: The opening titles bill Tiffany Shepis, Brinkie Stevens, Elissa Dowling, Arielle Brachfeld, and Scot Pollard as the leads, but only the third-billed Dowling and fifth-billed Pollard have substantial roles as the female lead and titular antagonist, respectively. Stevens appears in only two scenes and Shepis and Brachfeld appear in only one scene, which is most egregiously seen with Shepis, who receives top-billing despite being killed in the first scene of the movie. Other than Dowling, none of the cast members who play the primary targets of the Axeman are billed among the leads in the beginning and are placed below the one/two-scene characters portrayed by Shepis, Stevens, and Brachfeld in the ending credits.
