- What Could Have Been: When the band was planning to reconvene in the 2010s, the initial plan was to have Garm and Vortex trade off lead vocals, but Garm eventually decided not to participate. We already got a taste of what this could have sounded like with "Master of Disguise" and "Painting My Horror", and several songs on Borknagar's latest album (where Vortex is also lead singer, alongside Vintersorg) also feature Garm's vocals.
