- Time Tenshi (2020) starts with one due to a very realistic portrayal of the Five Stages of Grief that both Kenji and Tensai go through as a result of the sudden deaths of Kenji's parents.
- A fight breaks out between Kenji and Tensai, the former furious with his grandfather for not saving his parents. Only to learn that the reason Tensai didn't do so was that the Time Window isn't accurate enough to go back to the time of the fire and prevent it. This results in both Kenji and Tensai emotionally breaking down. Kenji runs outside of the lab while Tensai sinks into a chair, crying and muttering about how "There wasn't even anything left to bury."
