  • The fact that he's still Sean Fentress. He never told his father that he was OK, or that he loved him, because Colter Stevens is dead.

• When it's revealed that everything Colter said to Goodwin was just text on a screen. She never actually heard his voice, but hers helped him so much.
• How about Colter finding out he's officially dead, stored in a secret life support machine as functionally just a brain in a jar?
• Given the implication of the ending, there are multiple realities where everyone on that train is dead.
