  • ”I Wanna Live” is a song about a man who is misunderstood by everyone. Which has caused him to go into an extreme stage of depression, and how he misses all of life's opportunities due to not being able to bring himself together.
  • ”I Don’t Understand” is from the standpoint of someone who’s partner left him with no answer. It is implied he lived a depressing life before and is hopelessly returning back to it.
  • ”Back to Life” is about him trying to revive his friend who died, how he’s tired of dreaming of them, and wishes he could physically bring them back but knows he can’t.
  • ”Walk Through Paradise”. This song is about wanting to change the scenery and live a better life. But this line in particular.
No matter how broken you are, friend, I’ll fix you and put you back together again.
  • ”Solider Jumping” is about the cruel conditions of the military, how likely it is to never return home to friends or family, and how you're doomed to your fate.
  • ”I Cry Too” is about a kid who's misunderstood, how everyone else has it easier, and how he's not likely to return to normal. This does however send the message that it’s okay to cry regardless of your gender.
  • ”Tonya (Pump Tonya)”. The whole situation with Tonya Harding in Real Life. This song was meant to be a love letter to her and how the narrator understands her situation though the media heavily stigmatizes her.
