The Issue: Box Office Bomb has been highly debated on if it means didn't make back it's production budget, didn't make it back by a large margin/pnly narrowly made it back, or if it only didn't make it back once accounting for marketing and other costs, with no consensus. In fact what counts seems to debatable for what's supposed to be Trivia (objective facts about the works production). Bomb also seems more about it.s reception which is YMMV instead.
These debates over what counts, Hollywood Accounting factoring in, and overseas release almost aways making production budget back nowadays, only being unsuccessful though other, how much of the budget is in marketing nowadays, possibly arbitrary/unverifiable (marketing/other costs are almost never given but speculated) criteria means it might be obsolete as a useful metric for the work.
Possible fixes include not allowing examples as other Trivia (like Creator Killer or Franchise Killer) covers if it fails such to meet objective criteria.
