Due to the author wanting to connect as many Animal Crossing characters as possible, multiple characters are related to each other in the fanfic. While this is generally between villagers of the same species, other characters don't share a species but are related anyways due to Either/Or Offspring at play. Spoilers are unmarked, so be warned.
Main Characters
- Holly (formerly known as Benedict prior to chapter 42) is Blathers' and Celeste's half-sister on their father's side.
- Tank and Hornsby are fraternal twin brothers.
- Like Holly and the owl siblings above, Frank and Apollo are half-brothers on their father's side.
Side Characters
- Tom Nook is confirmed to be Timmy and Tommy's uncle. Also due to his marriage to Sable, Mable and Labelle are his sisters-in-law.
- Frobert (the Dewford Town gym leader) is related to several other frog villagers: Croque and Cousteau are his uncles, while Sunny is his deceased grandmother.
- Gloria (a duck) is the mother of Celia (an eagle, and the current Fortree City gym leader). Celia is also Frank and Apollo's half-sister.
- Amelia is Apollo’s mother.
- Beau and Fauna are fraternal twins.
- Klaus and Bluebear are uncle and niece.
One-off Characters
- Four cat villagers make up the Kachineko clan: Purrl is the daughter of Rudy and Olivia, while Monique is Rudy's mother.
- Cyrano and Antonio (two anteaters who appear on Route 113) are father and son. Cesar is also Antonio's stepfather through marriage.
- Lionel and Faith (a lion and koala, respectively) had three children: Leopold and Bud (lions) and Melba (a koala). Only the parents physically appear in the story, due to Bud and Melba taking on a journey in the Alola region and Leopold being dead.
