As Roxy tries to master her fairy powers, the Winx must convince her to finally reveal the truth to her father. But her plans are thrown off when her father is captured by the Wizards, and she must awaken her true power if she wishes to save him.
- Berserk Button: After Gantlos injures Artü, he makes the mistake of mockingly asking Roxy why she's so distraught about it as "it's just a dog". This enrages Roxy enough to trigger her transformation into her fairy form for the first time.
- Hostage For Macguffin: The Wizards of the Black Circle kidnap Roxy and her father in an attempt to get the White Circle from the Winx this way.
- Talking Animal: Roxy casts a spell on Artu and the pets to allow them to actually talk, but it doesn't last very long.
- Unusually Uninteresting Sight: When Roxy first tries to explain to her father that she's fairy, he doesn't seem particularly surprised that Artü the dog is speaking to him. However, it turns out it was actually Duman impersonating him in order to capture Roxy, after the other wizards had already abducted the real Klaus.
- Villains Out Shopping: Ogron and Anagan just sort of casually hang out at the Frutti Music Bar while waiting for the Winx to show up with the White Circle, with Sky commenting to Bloom over the phone that it's difficult for him and the other Specialists (who are working there) to act like there's nothing wrong.
- Wham Episode: Roxy becomes angered at Gantlos for insulting Artu, allowing her to transform into a fairy for the first time.
