It's Jake's twelfth birthday, and he's having his party at Charlie's house. Alan is unsure how to handle taking Kandi with him to the party.

- All for Nothing: Alan's fairly impressive lie about what a booty call is to Jake probably would have worked to fool his preteen son, only for Kandi to immediately negate it by stating that it now means casual sex.
- Blatant Lies: Alan has to spin up an on-the-spot lie about what a booty call is when Kandi shows up offering him one when Jake is in earshot. He does manage to come up with a passable one concerning cowboys in the old west stripping naked to do laundry in a creek and calling out 'booty' to warn people nearby that they were naked.
- It's All About Me: At Jake's birthday party, when Jake, Alan, Judith and Charlie are gathered in Jake's room trying to figure out what's wrong with Jake, Evelyn walks in and assumes they all snuck off to say derogatory things about her. When told that Jake won't come out of the bathroom, she then wonders if he's mad at her.
- Raging Stiffie: Jake takes a Viagra pill on the day of his birthday party, thinking it was a vitamin because of the 'V' engraved on it. He's so embarrassed about his uncontrollable erection that he locks himself in the bathroom and refuses to come out.
