Penny and her friends go on strike, demanding a bigger allowance.

- Both Sides Have a Point: Oscar is right about an allowance isn't a right, but a privilege. Penny is also right about how the small allowance he gives her really isn’t fair (especially considering he had her do a lot of the chores that he was supposed to do).
- Mind Screw: A montage is shown of Penny looking outside her friends' windows to make sure the strike is still on. At one point, Penny somehow looks out her own window.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: LaCienega is the first to defect from the strike, deciding a bigger allowance isn't worth having to endure spiders and the difficulties living outdoors. Her reasoning for this towards Penny is that "We're not even friends".
- Start My Own: Penny encourages her friends to build a teen city and work the land like their forefathers.
