Damsel in Distress: Mandy's eagerness to be a spy and go on a mission places her in great danger as THRUSH agents are eager to capture her for the microdot she is carrying. Towards the end of the episode she is kidnapped by Victor Gervais and held as a captive in his office as Napoleon and Ilya are desperate to find her.
Defiant Captive: Despite being a total novice as an agent, Mandy keeps her cool under Gervais' savvy interrogation of her. In fact, she manages to utterly frustrate him and break his concentration. Very impressive, considering the whole time she's tied to a chair and helpless!
I Just Want to Be Special: Mandy has a very romanticized idea of what a spy's life is like and begs Napoleon to let her have a taste of it. By the end of the episode, having gotten a taste, she is chastened.
