The tenth episode of the first season of the 2007 revival series of The Magic Roundabout.

- Playing Sick: Dougal does this to avoid going to Soldier Sam's exercise class. It nearly worked, until he hears that his friends are coming to see him. So Dougal places three pillows and a mop head in his bed to fool Ermintrude before he leaves to hide from his friends. But he spins on the windmill sails which catapults him to a village shop' canopy where Florence is seeing Mr. Grimsdale. Of course, she gets suspicious when she hears Dougal and returns home where her suspicions are proven correct after finding the mop head and the pillows in Dougal's bed.
- Rule of Three: Before Sam starts his exercise class, he gets interrupted thrice. On the third time when Brian apologises for being late, Sam finally lost patience and shouts "MUSIC!" prompting Mr. Rusty to start his barrel organ where Sam starts his exercise class.
- What the Hell, Hero?: Florence, Ermintrude, Dylan and Brian weren't pleased that Dougal tricked them. Even Ermintrude was livid after seeing the mop head and three pillows in Dougal's bed to fool her.
