A Plot: Adam auditions for the school musical, but Dave Kim gets the lead role instead of him, much to Adam's shock and dismay and angering Beverly. Beverly casts him in a rival show and forces Erica to help.
B Plot: Barry takes issue with Murray's habit of leaving sporting events early in order to beat traffic.
- Big Honking Traffic Jam: After Murray finally acquiesces and stays for an entire game with Barry, they get caught in one of these.
- Down to the Last Play: Barry missing out on witnessing one of these live due to Murray not wanting to deal with the audience all leaving at the same time is what causes the B Plot. They're able to witness one happen at the end, making the Big Honking Traffic Jam they get caught in worth it.
