Hilary doesn't want to invite Will and Carlton to her Halloween party, but relents on the impression that the two of them will find dates. The family then goes to the mall to shop for costumes, and Will and Carlton use it to try to find their dates.

- Reasonable Authority Figure: The mall cop who arrests Hillary. It turns out that he would've let her off the hook for just forgetting to put the derby back, but she meets the description of a shoplifter they had been trying to catch. Once she's cleared of any suspicion, he lets her go.
