Gran's longtime enemy, Malachi the Crowverine, has come to the farm and is staying until his wing is healed. The problem is that no one trusts him.
Tropes for this episode include:
- Improperly Paranoid: Gran seems to think nothing can be trusted, including cake and the sun. Because of this, no one believes her when Eep insists that Malachi is injured and cooperative.
- It Will Never Catch On: Phil thinks that Guy's idea of a device that toasts bread (a toaster) is his worst one yet. He then goes on to dismiss bread itself as nothing but a fad that won't survive the current generation.
- Serial Escalation: At the start of the episode, Gran and Eep chase after Malachi.Gran: You can run, but you can't hide! [Smash Cut] You can fly, but you can't hide! [Malachi flies into a cave] You can hide, but you can't... huh, I guess he can hide.
