While volunteering at the homeless shelter, Cleveland discovers that the food at the shelter is better than what Donna serves at home, so he pretends to be homeless so he can take advantage of the food and how much people give to the needy during the holidays. Meanwhile, Roberta gets a job as a Mall Santa's helper, and must contend with her sexist boss who just rejected Kendra for the role of Santa Claus and forces Roberta to wear booty shorts and go-go boots as part of her elf costume.

- Digging Yourself Deeper: Cleveland does this all throughout the episode. Every time he makes an apology speech, he ends up saying something during the speech that offends somebody else, and has to make another apology speech to them.
- Irony/Too Dumb to Live: Roberta and her co-workers, having had enough of Mr. Grundle’s sexist ways, quit their jobs, and tell him that they will no longer be a objectified, but they took off the shorts for their elf costumes leaving them half dressed in their panties. Then they angrily walk out the mall half dressed in the winter and end up freezing. Roberta then suggests they huddle together to keep warm and end up rubbing against each other like they’re having sex.
