Personal Moments, the First
As Kenzo walks through downtown Tokyo, he encounters Elizabeth. She had planned to read through book collections when she sensed the Vane of Order in Kenzo's hand. After talking a bit more, Kenzo asks Elizabeth why she didn't remain in the Velvet Room, but she only gives vague answers before leaving. Kenzo then ponders what kind of person Elizabeth's former guest had been.
Rise is singing to her fans during a concert while reflecting on past events. Just before the final chorus, Shadows suddenly appear to attack, but Rise summons her Persona, Kouzeon, to deal with them. After defeating the enemies, Rise finishes her performance with style by recalling her Persona, casting a column of blue flame.
Akihiko and Chie fight against a horde of Shadows alongside other police officers, leaving only a Corporeal Shadow behind, Councilwoman Aneko. The Chief and his pupil then summon their respective Personas, Caesar and Haraedo-no-Okami, to take her on. Noir joins the battle, using a psychic spell to damage the Shadow. Following an All-Out Attack, Noir leaves Akihiko and Chie to deal the finishing blows. Soon after, the Shadow changes back into the councilwoman, who the officers immediately arrested. The Persona-users take a breather, discussing their skills and experiences.
In the middle of the night, Oracle travels to hospitals in Setagaya with her Persona to secretly relieve patients, doctors, and nurses of their pain and exhaustion. With only a couple more hospitals to visit before calling it a day, she pulls up a map of the area.
Yu and Rise visit the Thieves' Den, meeting Sophia and Akane, who instantly grows excited to meet the idol. Rise explains what her Persona is capable of, as does Futaba.
Aigis, Mitsuru, and Fuuka discuss the conditions of other countries, taking note of Shadows more likely appearing in places with many negative emotions and dictators turning into Corporeal Shadows.
From a distance, Takuto Maruki observes his former fianceé, Rumi, while reminiscing the past with regret. He then vows to take care of her even if she might never recover her memories and move on from her parents' murders.
