The Titans hire Black Manta to build a luxury pool at the Tower. However, Black Manta delays the construction process in order to mooch from them.

- Serious Business: To get Black Manta off of their property, the Titans call in Aquaman, who states they need to settle things as true Men of the Sea...by having a diving competition.
