No, really. This is real. After Jeffy Spirit-bombs Brooklyn Guy for stealing his wish under his nose, Jeffy and Guy have to go looking for the Dragon Balls again to get Jeffy his wish, only for new threats to arise.
- Butt-Monkey: Brooklyn has it bad in this episode; he's utterly trashed by Jeffy when trying to fight, get's mistaken for a sex worker by Loan Dolphin, and even when he does get powers, all he can conjure is a neutron-sized ball of ki that doesn't even hit anything, as he may have powers, he isn't strong enough to master them.
- Clothes Make the Superman: Revealed to be an aversion; Brooklyn Guy thought if he had the gi, he got the powers, but nothing really happened when he tried firing a blast at Jeffy, who was more successful at doing so.
- Expy:
- Junior get's in on the action, acting as the Vegeta to Jeffys Goku.
- Joseph goes a bit further, outright name dropping Kami and fighting with Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon.
