   • "Panther Patience" — During Black Panther's presentation of his Vibranium, Doc Ock seizes the opportunity to steal the Vibranium to super-charge her tentacle suit.
2. • "Superhero Hiccups" — Spin gets hiccups at the same time Green Goblin is trying to find a destructive superpower sword.
   • "Lost and Found" — Spidey has to stop Rhino's rampage and retrieve his backpack containing TRACE-E and his movie tickets before the movie starts.
3. • "Doc Ock's Super Octopus" — A baby octopus from the city's aquarium gets abducted by Doc Ock, who turns it into a giant.
   • "Attack of the Green Giggles" — Ms. Marvel comes to help Spidey deal with Green Goblin when the supervillain is using a green visible gas that makes everyone who inhales it giggle uncontrollably to steal people's things.
4. • "Bug in the System" — Doc Ock's favourite Octobot CAL manages to infiltrate Team Spidey's headquarters by stowing away.
   • "Test Your Super Strength" — A day at the amusement park becomes chaotic as Rhino causes trouble and challenges Hulk to a strength contest, making Hulk angry.
5. • "Pecking Prankster Pigeons" — The city's pigeons get mind-controlled by Green Goblin into being his servants.
   • "Green Thumb" — Spidey and Ms. Marvel work together to save the city from Green Goblin's weather-changing device.
6. • "Mother's Day Mayhem" — Doc Ock plans to ruin Mother's Day by flooding the park where the picnics will be organised.
   • "Not-So-Fun House" — Team Spidey has to save the people that entered the amusement park's Funhouse when it is taken over by Green Goblin.
7. • "Camping Conundrum" — A breaking dam threatens to flood the natural valley near a campsite.
   • "The Great Green Crime Spree" — Hulk is being framed for a crime spree by Green Goblin and a disguised Rhino.
8. • "Rocket Rhino!" — Black Panther gives Vibranium to Spidey and Spin to use for their jetpack, but the jetpack soon lands into the hands of Rhino.
   • "Trick or TRACE-E" — Team Spidey's plan to stop Green Goblin from ruining the city's Halloween parade goes sideways after TRACE-E fell out of Spidey's backpack and into the clutches of the villain.
9. • "Gob-zilla" — Green Goblin uses a life-sized robotic T-Rex to terrorise the city's farmer market.
   • "Speedy Spidey Delivery" — Spidey has to deliver a cake for Hulk's surprise birthday party, but several villains show up to steal the cake, and his reluctance to accept his friends' help worsens the situation.

20. • "The Wozzlesnook" — After seeing a movie about a monster called the Wozzlesnook, Peter, Gwen, and Miles become Spidey, Ghost-Spider, and Spin to investigate Wozzlesnook sightings. They discover that the Wozzlesnook is actually Rhino in disguise as he does his latest heist.
    • "Superhero Switcheroo" — Doc Ock is on her latest crime spree. Her new invention has caused Spidey and Hulk to switch abilities. Now they must work to master each other's abilities to defeat Doc Ock and get their respectful abilities back.
21. • "Aunt May's Mess" — Aunt May accidentally takes Doc Ock's floating gizmo at the antiques store. And Team Spidey must get it back before it causes more trouble.
    • "Foam Sweet Foam" — Spidey creates a new web formula, but it becomes a failure. Green Goblin terrorizes the city again, and Team Spidey must stop him while Spidey learns how to make his new web formula right.
22. • "Freeze! It's Team Spidey" — Team Spidey's webs don't work in the heat, and they must figure out a way to make them work while trying to stop Rhino from terrorizing the city while trying to find a way to cool down.
    • "A Sticky Situation" — Peter accidentally glues himself to Gwen with his new web formula, so they must work together to solve a problem while trying to stop Green Goblin and Rhino's tricks.
23. • "Rhinoctopus" — After Rhino and Doc Ock's failed attempt in stealing a truck with valuables, Doc Ock gives up her tentacle suit. This gave Rhino the chance to steal her tentacle suit and call himself "Rhinoctopus". Team Spidey must stop him before it's too late.
    • "A Pumpkin Problem" — Green Goblin snatches the huge pumpkin that Peter and Aunt May grew for the biggest pumpkin contest.
24. • "Catch and Release" — Miles and his father Jeff go fishing on Father's Day, but get captured by Doc Ock in her lair.
    • "Construction Destruction" — Spidey comes to help Ms. Marvel and Hulk catch a squirrel causing trouble at a construction site.
25. • "Parade Panic" — Spidey, Ghost-Spider, and Spin partake in a parade where they do different spider tricks for crowd. Doc Ock, Green Goblin, and Rhino each try to disrupt the parade with comical results.
    • "The Case of the Burgling Book Bandit" — Spidey, Ghost-Spider, and Spin are called in to investigate the missing library books. They find that Doc Ock is responsible while CAL is taking an interest in reading.

Season 2

1. • "Electro's Gotta Glow" — Electro steals all the electricity from Times Square at night, leaving the place too dark for everyone to see where they are going. Team Spidey uses their new glow tech; their glowing suits and webs, to help light up the place and stop Electro.
   • "Black Cat Chaos" — Black Cat steals Iron Man's shiny suit and causes trouble with her inability to use it properly.
2. • "Lights Out!" — Electro and Green Goblin supercharge a lighthouse at night to keep everyone awake. Team Spidey has to stop them so that everyone can sleep well.
   • "Sandman Won't Share!" — Sandman drives everyone out of the beach so that he can have the place all to himself.

Season 3

1. • "The Friendly Neighborhood" — The community helps save a town party after Zola steals the party's supplies.
   • "Flight of the Butterflies" — Team Spidey must find a swarm of migrating butterflies after Sandman catches them.
2. • "Ock’s Obey Ray" — Hulk gets zapped by Doc Ock's Obey Ray, making him completely obedient towards her.
   • "Lemur At Large" — A lemur from the zoo steals Wasp's gauntlet and uses it to shrink some of the zoo animals.
3. • Tree Trouble — Green Goblin takes over an old apple tree.
   • Stuck In Space — Spidey and The Thing get stranded in space when Zola steals the Spider Crawler.
4. • Antarctic Adventure — Doc Ock melts the ice in the Antarctic while looking for treasure.
   • Let It Snowball, Let It Snowball, Let It Snowball — The snowy park gets taken over by Zola.
5. • Bubble Trouble — Green Goblin traps people in his bubbles made from his goo.
   • Rainy River Run — Spidey and Ant-Man shrink down a drain to go after Aunt May's handmade doll.
6. • The Rhino and the Goose — Thinking that actual geese lay golden eggs, Rhino captures one, unaware that the Goose he caught has a baby.
   • Dog vs Cat — Lockjaw chases Black Cat all over town.
7. • Journey Through Zola — Ant-Man, Wasp, Spin and Ghost Spider must travel inside Zola after he steals the heroes' grow disk to make himself bigger.
   • Villaintines Day — Green Goblin and Rhino attempt to ruin Valentines Day and replace it with their own holiday, Villaintines Day.
