After overhearing a story about "The Goose that Laid the Golden Egg", Rhino thinks that actual geese lays golden eggs and catches one, unaware that the goose he caught has a gosling that is left behind. Now Ghost-Spider and Spin must keep the gosling safe while working to rescue the goose and apprehend Rhino.
Tropes:
- Dumb Jock: Rhino has more durability, strength, endurance and speed than average humans, but he is obviously far less smart since he could not figure out that 'The Goose that Laid the Golden Egg' is just a fictional story, actual geese do not lay golden eggs, and rats do not lay eggs at all.
- Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Spin and Ghost Spider chose to read the story 'The Goose that Laid the Golden Egg' out of all stories that could be chosen. As a result, Rhino overhears them telling the kids that story, and thinks that actual geese lay golden eggs, which causes the main problem in this episode.
