It's time for the annual go-carriage race, and Ruby wants to win very badly. While building her go-carriage, she meets Tizzy, an overly eager fairy godmother who wants to earn her wings, and the only way to do that is to help someone achieve their dream. She offers to help Ruby achieve her goal of winning the go-carriage race, but she helps Ruby too much, not letting her do anything for herself.

- Cheaters Never Prosper: Ruby has Tizzy put a spell on the peddles of her go-carriage to make them move on their own. This backfires, as Ruby is unable to control the go-carriage, causing her to crash. Tizzy offers to make the carriage peddle and steer itself, but Sofia shoots this down, saying that Ruby would be cheating if she didn't control the go-carriage herself.
