- Shown Their Work: Kessler Cascades are mentioned, and it seems like they were named that just to make a pun on Kessel Runs, but Kessler Syndrome is a real thing, when orbital debris becomes thick enough to cause a cascade effect and knock dangerous amounts onto ballistic trajectories.

- Mako when she realizes that the invaders came from the same manufacturer as the JSDF guns —m eaning all of them are infected, and they didn't have the defenses she did.
