Bakunetsumaru needs the Dimensional Transport Device working to return to Ark, but the project's head Dr. Bell Wood is fed up with the affair. Baku's attempt to convince Bell Wood is sidetracked when some Zako Soldiers take control of a giant digging robot and plan to attack Neotopia with it.
