The Goblin Village to the north of Falador is in the middle of a civil war. Over fashion. You see, the village generals Wartface and Bentnoze want to change the color of goblin armor, but they cannot agree on what color that should be. With your mediation, they compromise by agreeing to try out blue and orange, but when you show them blue and orange armor, they reject them both. They eventually settle on brown- which was the color goblin mail was in the first place.
All's well that ends well, at least.
