The girls try to find out Imogen and Tabby's attacker at the Thanksgiving blood drive. Sidney confronts Tabby regarding her secrets.
- Evil All Along: Crazy Joe has been staying in the Waters house, is tied to A, and tries killing Imogen when he finds her there.
- Everyone Has Standards: Shawn claims that the jocks (including Tyler) may be assholes and a bit misogynistic, but none of them would do something so bad as raping girls. Noa doesn't think so. Shawn was right.
- Extremely Protective Child: Noa takes out a baseball bat when Marjorie's dealer is at their apartment, thinking he's harassing her when Marjorie asked him to give her drugs.
- Flashback: The episode has a flashback in 1999 with Sidney finding a crying Angela in the restroom stall and learning that she was raped, then telling her friends about it.
- I Have No Son!: Mouse locates her father. When showing up at his doorstep posing as a Girl Scout selling cookies, he tells her to leave when she says that she just wants to get to know him.
- Internal Reveal:
- Faran, Mouse, and Noa learn that Tabby and Imogen were raped.
- Sidney learns that her daughter was sexually assaulted at Thanksgiving dinner after confronting Tabby about her secrets.
- Sixth Ranger: Imogen asks Karen for her help in getting the Liars to volunteer for the blood drive to find out her and Tabby's rapist. And she later goes dancing with them at a nightclub.
