Know When to Fold Them: After Darkrai and Cresselia's brief skirmish, Cresselia shows off her immense power and Darkrai wisely decides to retreat into the shadows.
Misplaced Retribution: Darkrai was being blamed for causing the people of Canalave City to have nightmares when it was Team Rocket and their nightmare machine who were the cause. However, Darkrai ended up being the cause of the nightmares again when it came to look at the destroyed nightmare machine.
Plagued by Nightmares: Everyone in Canalave City has been experiencing nightmares that left them with little to no sleep. Though Ash, his friends, and Officer Jenny believed the source was caused by a Darkrai, it was actually caused by a machine created by Team Rocket who used it in order to help them sell fake Lunar Wings to people to make a quick buck. Even though they were stopped, the nightmares came back due to Darkrai actually appearing wanting to investigate the remains of the nightmare machine. The heroes had to venture to Full Moon Island to find Cresselia to help end the nightmares.

Wham Episode: Dawn's Swinub evolves into Piloswine in order to help defeat Team Rocket and prevent them from capturing Cresselia.
